Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer

Liquid Rubber EPDM Primer
​All work surfaces should be clean, dry; free of dirt, dust; debris, oils; un-adhered coatings, deteriorated membranes and other contaminants that may result in a surface that is uneven or not sound. Clean the surface with Liquid RV Smart Cleaner and wipe down with acetone prior to the application of the Primer.  Primer is extremely sticky, it is best to apply on half the surface leaving a work area to stand on.  Apply Primer then top coating (ie. RV Roof coating) and then repeat on the other half where you can stand on the completed side.

LIMITATIONS

• Do not use as a membrane cleaner.
• Talc, dust; oil, ice; snow or wet conditions inhibit good adhesion. 
  
• Clean and dry surfaces are a necessity.
• Not to be used on TPO and PVC roof membranes.
• Install above 10C (50F) and rising
• Do not apply later in the day if Rain or Dew is forecast

• Apply using a roller, brush or paint sprayer to provide a seamless and fully adhered membrane to most substrates.
• Ensure a clean, dry surface free of dirt, dust and loose flaky paint.  Can be applied over paint or stain
• Use Liquid Rubber Deck and Patio Cleaner to prep wood and Liquid Rubber Concrete Etch to prep concrete
• For extra adhesion, performance and longevity and to create a moisture vapor barrier, use 1 heavy coat of Liquid Rubber Multi-Purpose Primer.  Use primer on concrete, wood
• Brush products between deck boards
• Apply above 10C/50F
• Apply next heavy coat when it's dry to touch (typically 4-6 hours), make sure there is no uncured material underneath.
• Avoid hot, direct, intense sun when applying.  Mornings and Evenings are best if it's blistering hot
• Avoid contact with solvents and solvent type adhesives
• Do not combine Black products with Coloured products
• Curing time depends on temperature, humidity and airflow
• Apply next coat(s) as soon as possible not allowing extended time between if possible
• Generally you can apply 1-2 coats per day
• Wait 3 days for light foot traffic
• Wait 5-7 days before placing furniture back on surface
• Do not apply later in the day if Dew is forecast

Liquid Rubber Driveway Restore Sealer
Used for Revitalizing your aging, weathered asphalt driveway.

• Avoid intense sunlight when applying (during exceptionally hot days, consider applying in the morning or evenings).
• Use Liquid Rubber Crack Repair Kit to level the surface prior to coating
• Apply next heavy coat when it's dry to touch, make sure there is no uncured material underneath.  Tacky is ok
• Generally you can apply 1-2 heavy coats per day
• Apply all material until you use up the required amount
• For larger areas, pour out and spread around with a foam squeegee
• Apply above 5C/40F and rising
• Curing time depends on temperature, humidity and airflow
• Apply next coat(s) as soon as possible not allowing extended time between if possible
• Do not apply if Rain or Dew is forecast

STEPS

1. Read Application Information before starting
2. Ready to use.  Do not dilute.  Wet surface lightly with garden hose.
3. Apply product generously using brush, roller or larger vented garden sprayer.  Allow solution to stand 5-10 minutes without drying.
4. Work into the surface using a stiff bristle brush.  Scrub a small section first to determine if area is cleaned.
5. For best results, rinse thoroughly using a pressure washer.
6. For stubborn stains, repeat application.

Liquid Rubber Concrete Etch

• Safe ready to use product for etching or cleaning all types of masonry surfaces such as: concrete, stone and brick.
• Organic, low odor, non-corrosive scid salt that has been forumlated to replace extremely corrosive and hazardous concrete etching products such as muriatic acid
• Use with Liquid Rubber Polyurethane or Cool Foot Deck Coatings
• Let Concrete Etch do the hard work so you don't have to

STEPS

1. Wet surface lightly.  Work in 10' x 10' sections at a time
2. Using a brush or spray equipment, apply Liquid Rubber Concrete Etch on dampened area to be etch and scrub with a stiff bristle brush until foaming action stops
3. Most masonry surfaces will be etched within 20-30 minutes.  The surface should feel like 150 (medium) grit sandpaper when completed.  Do not allow Liquid Rubber Concrete Etch to dry on surface
4. Rinse product off thoroughly with a string stream of water to remove all residue
5. The etching procedure may need to be repeated for more difficult surfaces (ie. very smooth, shiny concrete)
6. Before applying a coating after etching, rinse entire surface with pressure washer to ensure all debris has been removed.

PEEL AND STICK
This product is used to seal roof joints (seams) and tears, copings; flashings, skylights; gutters, etc. Perfect for repairing and restoring roofs of residential and commercial buildings, mobile homes & RVs.
Bonds to a wide range of surfaces including difficult roof materials such as: EPDM, TPO, most PVC, SBS, APP, BURs, metal roofs, tiles, shingle, aluminum, galvanized steel, wood, propylene, polystyrene, fiberglass, brick, concrete, masonry, OSB, etc.
Paintable Seam Tape is used as part of the waterproof system with Liquid Rubber Coatings.

​Reinforcing Fabric Liquid Rubber Geo-Textile is composed of stichbonded polyester: one of the strongest material available in the roofing industry. Use Liquid Rubber Seam Tape or Geo-Textile with Liquid Rubber Coatings to build plys, bridge gaps; cracks, joints; seams, vents; skylights and much more.
